What website can I design my own prom dress?

I just know that there is going to be at least 2 people at my 8th grade prom with the same dress. I love to design dresses and I want something out of the box; I want something age appropriate and different. Is there any good website where they can take my full design and make my dress for me or is there a good fabric online store where I can purchase my supplies?
