Im looking around on Ebay for a crazy, awesome dress, medieval style. But i want to know what people normally spend on prom dresses so i can get a general price range. Also to keep me from getting to attached to anything, and keeping myself realistic. Not to mention im just curious.
I am the kind of person who will wear this dress multiple times, over, and over, and over again.

I”m a freshman and I spent about $3,000 on mine. But thats because my family can afford it. So if yours cant then dont buy one that expensive.

To be honest, the dresses run from basically $10- thousands.. it deepnds on where you buy, what’s the brand and whats your budget. Ur budget is prob the most important, decide how much u can spend then go to places thts in tht range. Im sure i could find a dress thts about $50 nd looks much better than a $1000 dress.
Although I have not used Ebay, nd since it is a dress, I would recommend not to buy it there, it may not fit right or have some prob w it, or anything, its always better to have the dress tried on BEFORE you buy it.
My sister actually got a really cute dress from Cache, nd wasnt so terribly expansive, it was between $100-$200, i can’t remember. Thts one store to look at if it fits ur budget.
I would say most people spend about $100 on a prom dress. That’s what my brother’s girlfriend is spending.
I bought mine fore 280$ I wouldn’t have spent that much unless i really loved it and i did
