I have this really pretty red prom dress I wore two years ago that I love, and if I go this year I don’t feel like shelling out a lot of money on a dress. It’s dark red. Is it possible to bring it somewhere and have it bleached/redyed? Where would I go and how much am I looking at? Thanks!

I want to find a good price dress not necessarily a prom dress. It would have to be more modern and simple. Maybe a solid color. I like strapeless, open backs, something more revealing but elegant. I would also like it to be short way above knee length.
