I have a bright red, strapless prom dress for prom, and i don’t have time on the day of prom to get my make-up done professionally. I have pale skin, brown hair, and brown with naturally super long eyelashes. I am at a total loss as for what to do with my eyes. Please Help!

I have brown eyes, pale skin and I’m planning on dying my hair blond for prom. I don’t know what color dress to get, but I want it strapless and long and flowy. Please help! =) Thanks.
