I need a really nice dress for junior prom. I want it to be a short dress though and not toooooo expensive.

My junior prom is coming up and I’m borrowing my cousin’s dress so I need to get it altered. I want to know how much to expect when paying for alterations so I don’t get ripped off.

I am wearing a black with white poka dot knee length dress to my Junior Prom. I am white, with small blue-ish green eyes. And I wear glasses, although I won’t be wearing them that night, though I’ll probably be squinting all night because of it (I don’t know if it matters or not…) And my shoes are white and my accessories are probably going ot be white or black.
I don’t know what color or type or style eye shadow I should wear with my outfit and eyes.
Ok this gonna be my Junior prom and i want to make it special. i have been saving money to buy a prom dress but i don’t know where to go. i caan spend no more than 0 on my dress and i was just wondering if anyone knew of some stores i could find dresses.
