Isnt it like, old clothes? I heard it was popular, but y would people even wear vintage clothing?

Vintage clothes are clothes from earlier decades which have been preserved & were in fashion back then i guess. People buy vintage because of its obvious uniqueness and some clothing pieces from like the 40s, 50s, and 60s are timeless and should not die with the wearers!!
I personally love the styles from back then and deffo like them better than the horrid and cliche “fashionable” hollister or abercrombie and fitch *gaggggg*

I’m looking for a used authentic vintage online clothing store, like a T-shirt that still has Bob Dylan’s pit stains in’em, JK, but you catch my drift, I want real stuff. I like 60′s: mod, Edie Sedgwick type clothes and hippy western stuff. Also 90′s grunge Courtney Love, there are terrible vintage stores where i live and I’d rather just find stuff online. Thanks.

I have been researching the various certifications, and will probably go with ACE. Does the preparation teach you everything you need to know, such as exercises, proper form, opposing muscle groups, etc? Been working out for over 5 years, and my form is pretty good, but there are certain movements I don’t know, like hack or sissy squat. Will I learn these through the prep, or do you recommend I get a personal trainer myself to learn proper form, movements, etc?
Yes, I go to the gym 5-6 days a week. Cardio everyday, and lifting 4 times per week. I agree, you must be in shape to be a trainer. I would never hire a trainer who looked out of shape. Do the certifications teach you technique, or do you just learn those on your own? I also read M&F.

I see so many clowns that took a class to get a certification that haven’t a clue.
To me there is nothing worse than an out of shape trainer or a roided up one
knowing the movements is one thing geting something out of it is another
