Prom is coming up, and I’d like to find a dress that would fit my body type.
I’m short, as in 4’11, and I have a bit of a pear shaped body. It’s hard to find dresses that would fit me properly with alterations added to it. What about a shorter poofier dress?
So I have orangey-red hair, pale rosy skin, and brown eyes. In terms of hair and skin tone, I compare most with Christina Hendricks (although definitely not as pretty!).
I have a really hard time finding a prom dress that I like, so I’m considering renting a prom dress, so I want to know what colors will suit me?

i can’t find a prom dress. i’m 5 ft 7.5 in tall and wear size 14 or 15 jeans. i tried on almost fifty dresses in Group USA and none fit. prom is in one week so i dont have time to make one… probably not even time to order one. i am in north carolina…. does anyone have suggestions of stores, etc?
